Chapter 303: PROCEDURES REGARDING LEGAL RESEARCH ACCESS AND MATERIALS allows eligible attorneys to request reimbursement for legal research materials. An attorney is eligible to make such a request if that attorney bears present professional responsibility for at least one matter on behalf of at least one consumer of indigent legal services.
