  • Description: Adobe Acrobat Reader is a program that allows users to view files in Portable Document Format (PDF). PDF is a universal file format that preserves the appearance of the original document. PDF files can be easily printed but not easily modified.

Microsoft Excel
  • Description: Microsoft Excel is a spreadsheet application written and distributed by Microsoft for Microsoft Windows and Mac OS. It features calculation, graphing tools, pivot tables and a macro programming language called VBA (Visual Basic for Applications).

    Viewing: If you do not already have Excel, download Excel viewer for free.
 
 Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Description: Microsoft PowerPoint is a program for creating and viewing presentations and slide shows.
    File extensions: .ppt
    Viewing: If you do not already have PowerPoint, download PowerPoint Viewer for free.
 
  Microsoft Publisher
  • Description: Microsoft Publisher is a desktop publishing application. It is often considered to be an entry-level desktop publishing application, where the emphasis is placed on page layout and design.
    File Extension: .pub
    Viewing: Microsoft does not provide a free viewer for Publisher. Microsoft does have some suggestions on viewing a Publisher document.
 
 Microsoft Word
  • Description: Microsoft Word is a word processing program used to create and edit text documents. Text in Word documents can be easily modified or copied for use in other applications.

Microsoft Visio
  • Description: Microsoft Visio is diagramming software for Microsoft Windows. It uses vector graphics to create diagrams

Snapshot view for Microsoft Access
  • Description: The Snapshot Viewer enables you to view a report snapshot without having the standard or run-time versions of Microsoft Access 97 through Access 2007.

    Viewing: If you do not already have Snapshot, download SnapShot viewer for free.
 
 Flash Video Player
  • Description: FLV Player is a tool to play Flash FLV and H.264 (MPEG-4) videos
    Viewing: If you want to view a Flash video, download Flash Player
 
Window Media Player
  • Description: Windows Media Player offers great new ways to store and enjoy all your digital media.
    Viewing: If you want to view a Window Media video, download Window Media Player
 
Quicktime Media Player
  • Description: software that allows Mac and Windows users to play back audio and video on their computers.
