Persons interested in seeking intervenor status must file a petition to intervene with the Commission pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Maine Administrative Procedures Act (5 M.R.S., Chapter 375) and Chapter 5 of the Commission?s rules by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, July 21, 2014.
