Central Warehouse

Warehouse Hours:
Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:15 pm

The Central Warehouse provides storeroom services for the storage and distribution of supplies, materials and equipment to State government agencies, political subdivisions and school administrative units throughout the State of Maine . Products available include general office supplies, paper products, telecommunications equipment and custodial supplies.

Customers are able to order supplies online through our Advantage system. This can be accessed at https://portals.bisoe.state.me.us/webapp/FINPROD/Advantage. If training is required for the Advantage System, please contact Terry Demerchant @ 624-7334.

Central Warehouse has a 30 day return policy. A 10% restocking fee will be assessed as a result of agency ordering error with a minimum restocking fee of $15.00.

Central Warehouse Year End Inventory
Please be advised that the Central Warehouse will be closed for year end inventory June 26, 27 and 30, 2008. We will reopen on Tuesday, July 1st for regular business. All orders must be received at the Central Warehouse by the close of business on Tuesday, June 24th if you need delivery before we close for inventory. Emergency orders will be processed. However, please plan accordingly to minimize this need. If emergency orders are required, please contact us at 287-3644.
