Feed, Seed, Fertilizer, Lime, Plant and Soil Amendment

These programs include the regulation and registration of all animal feeds, (both commercial and pet), vegetable, tree, and shrub seeds; also fertilizers, liming, soil amendments, and  plant food products through registration and sampling.
