Official Use of the State Quality Trademark

This program provides a voluntary product registration program which allows Maine’s agricultural industries to affix a Quality Trademark (logo) to their products which certifies that the products have been produced within the state of Maine and have undergone a quality inspection.

Products currently licensed to use the trademark include:

• Blueberries
• Canned Beans
• Dairy Products
• Dry Beans
• Tablestock Potatoes
• Seed Potatoes
• Spring Water
