Guiding Principles were developed by the State of Maine to help the project accomplish its goals in the most timely and cost-effective manner while meeting the essential requirements of the State.

What will PRISM bring?

PRISM will be built using Workday and other software as needed to meet our complex requirements and will improve State of Maine employees’ experiences in the areas of recruiting, human resources, benefits, payroll, and more.

PRISM will provide modern tools for all HR and Payroll processes making it easier and more efficient for employees to find information and complete tasks. 

PRISM will bring real-time reporting and information and reduce the need for inefficient paper-based processes.
