B. CURRENT EMPLOYMENT AND EXPERIENCE
Mediator accepted to all CADRES rosters (exc. Family Matters), as well as Foreclosure Diversion Program (170+ cases). Have mediated hundreds of CADRES cases with above-average resolution rate. Mediate disputes under MRREMP Program (residential real estate transaction disputes); mediator for Maine Assn. of Realtors for member brokerage disputes. Private mediation practice with focus on matters of home and family, including all facets of real estate, matters involving estates and elders, divorce and co-parenting. Practice model incorporates progressive techniques. Previous experience as Consumer mediator for Attorney General's Office, Presently Family and Community Mediation Volunteer for The Opportunity Alliance and Community Mediation Services/Volunteers of America. Currently licensed, (30+ years experience and small agency owner) in real estate brokerage. Experience in real estate investment, development and homebuilding; former regional planning assistant in municipal land use planning, zoning and subdivision control; consultant in land planning and development.

F. FEES
$80-$130 per hour (depending upon case type, $150 minimum), for mediation conference time, one-half rate for other work and travel time over 1 hr. total. Plus minimal case processing fee. Alternately, a fixed fee quote can be provided. Reduced fees considered for low-income parties.
