B. CURRENT EMPLOYMENT AND EXPERIENCE
Full-time neutral, mediator, fact finder, and facilitator in the areas of labor, employment, disability, education, real estate, arts and other general civil disputes; Due Process Hearing Officer and Mediator for Maine Department of Education, 2002-present; Practiced law from 1987-1995 after clerking for Maine Superior Court and Sidney W. Wernick. Prior experience: hearing officer for the Department of Labor and Maine Public Employees Retirement System, mediator for Workers´┐Ż Compensation Board and Maine Labor Relations Board, Adjunct Faculty at University of Southern Maine teaching Employee Relations class.

C. FORMAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION TRAINING
Extensive and advanced training, and over 120 hours of training conducted, including the Association for Conflict Resolution Advanced Practice Institute for Employment Mediation, Certificate in Facilitation.
