Workforce Innovations (formerly Workforce Development) strategically aligns opportunities and provides support to ensure our workforce is prepared for the job skills we need today and tomorrow. We provide support, education and training, effective performance and development plans, and create the environment to inspire and engage the workforce to gain results. We strive for continuous improvements, and seek to attract and retain those who want to work in a fast-paced agile environment to achieve goals.
The Office of Workforce Innovations was created in October 2012 and is responsible for putting the resources in place to develop the OIT’s workforce.

- Performance Management
- Career Path Planning
- Retention Efforts
- Succession Planning
None of these key areas could possibly thrive without a fully engaged, very energetic, and enthusiastic workforce!
