An Act To Require the Commission on Governmental Ethics and Election Practices To Produce a Register with Photos of All Registered Lobbyists
SUMMARY
This bill proposes to require the Commission on Governmental Ethics and Election Practices to produce an annual register of all lobbyists registered in the State and to supply copies of the register to all members of the Legislature. The register must contain a photo of each lobbyist.

An Act To Clarify Provisions of the Alcoholic Beverage Laws Regarding Promotions

This bill would clarify that agency liquor stores may sell any distilled spirits package, combination of packages, or market promotion material for spirits that has been approved by the State Liquor and Lottery Commission and which conforms to standards set forth under the Federal Alcohol Administration Act.
