Kurtis Madore

The human skeletal remains found Sunday, May 23,2021 off Rt. 161 in Caribou have been positively identified as Kurtis Madore. The identification was made through dental records.  A complete exam has been done by the Office of Chief Medical Examiner but due to the condition of the remains, a cause of death has not been determined.  There is no evidence of foul play.  Madore, who was 31 years old, has been missing since June 2, 2019.
