05-18-21

Trooper Miles Carpenter investigated a suspicious complaint in Harrington.  The complainant was away but could hear banging on their residence through their security system.  The residence was found to be secure and no subjects were located. 

05-19-21

Corporal Gavin Endre investigated the complaint of a man in a red ford driving recklessly passed a group of horseback riders and then doing a burn out in front of them in Milbridge. Corporal Endre located Johnathan Carr (36) of Milbridge. Carr was summonsed for Operating after Suspension.

Corporal Gavin Endre and Sergeant Jason Sattler responded to two serious crashes in Dayblock and Deblois. One was a roll over and one was a two vehicle versus tree. All parties were ok medically.

Trooper Travis Chapman stopped a vehicle for a seatbelt violation on Tenney Hill in Blue Hill. As a result of the stop Samuel Ketch (34) of Bradley was arrested for an outstanding arrest warrant and summonsed for Operating After Suspension.

05-20-21

Trooper Travis Chapman investigated a personal injury crash on Acadia Highway in Orland at the intersection with School House Road and Upper Falls Road. The operator of a vehicle was distracted and partially pulled out into the roadway from Upper Falls Road. The operator did not see a pickup truck approaching the intersection. As a result, the two vehicles collided and resulted in minor injuries to both operators. Trooper Owen Reed, The Orland Fire Department and Northern Lights Ambulance assisted on scene.

Trooper Travis Chapman received a vandalism complaint where someone spray painted “FTP” and “woke” on a building at the Blue Hill Disposal property on Music Library Lane. Investigation is ongoing.
