On 09/06/2020, Sgt. Porter responded to the Gray Park and Ride for the report of a white Duramax pickup that had a tow strap hooked to the grill and was towing kids around. Upon arrival, CCSO was already on scene and had dispersed the crowd of approximately 20 juveniles. The name of a 17-year-old male from North Yarmouth was given along with the registration for the white Duramax. The entire parking lot had tire marks from vehicles ‘burning out.’ Maine Turnpike Authority stated they did want a trespass warning issued. On 09/09/2020, Sgt. Porter issued the male a Criminal Trespass warning for all MTA Park and Rides, for one year. His father was also informed and co-signed the notice and explained that juveniles from Freeport, Greeley, and New Gloucester meet up and video tape the behavior.
