Brief Synopsis:       Tr. Desrosier was driving on State Road, Mapleton, when he observed a man driving a lawn mower on the roadway.  He stopped the man to find out why he was driving on the road and discovered the man’s privilege to operate a motor vehicle in Maine had been revoked.  Tr. Desrosier issued the man a criminal summons for the violation and helped him arrange to have the mower removed from the roadway.

Brief Synopsis:       Tr. Kilcollins was conducting traffic enforcement in Monticello when he encountered a speeding vehicle.  After stopping the car, it was discovered the driver, from Rhode Island, had a suspended Rhode Island driver’s license.  The female passenger had a valid license.  Tr. Kilcollins had the two switch places so she could drive and issued the man a criminal summons for the violation and a warning for speeding.
