Incident Type:         VIOLATION OF BAIL

Town:                        eagle lake

Trooper:                   Tr. Martin

Brief Synopsis:       Tr. Martin has been investigating a bail violation that occurred in Eagle Lake.  A man went to a residence that was prohibited per his conditions of release and contacted the protected person also listed on his bail.  The man fled the area before Troopers could arrive.  The following day, Tr. Martin was able to locate the man at another residence and arrested him for the violations.  The man was transported to the Aroostook County Jail in Houlton.

Town:                        saint agatha

Trooper:                   Tr. Martin

Brief Synopsis:       Tr. Martin was driving in Saint Agatha when he observed a vehicle driving at an excessive rate of speed.  It was determined the vehicle was travelling 65 mph in a posted 30 mph zone and was stopped for the violation.  During the investigation, it was discovered that one of the passengers had an active arrest warrant for failing to appear in court for drug charges.  The driver was issued a criminal summons for her speed and the passenger was arrested on the warrant and transported to the Aroostook County Jail in Houlton.

Trooper:                   Sgt. Haines

Brief Synopsis:         Sgt. Haines charged an E Plantation man with Operating After Suspension.  Sgt. Haines knew that the man’s license was currently under suspension from previous interactions he had with him.  Sgt. Haines saw the man driving through Presque Isle and pulled him over.  He was summoned for the violation and his vehicle was towed from the scene.

Brief Synopsis:       Tr. Levesque was on routine patrol in Presque Isle when he observed a vehicle speeding.  The vehicle was traveling more than 30 miles per hour over the speed limit.  Tr. Levesque stopped the vehicle and summonsed the driver for criminal speed.
