Trooper:                   Tr. Desrosier

Brief Synopsis:       Tr. Desrosier was conducting traffic enforcement in Saint John.  He observed a vehicle that appeared to have an expired registration from June 2019.  Tr. Desrosier stopped the vehicle and after an investigation issued the male driver a criminal summons for the violation.

Trooper:                   Tr. Martin

Brief Synopsis:       Tr. Martin responded to a single vehicle crash in T14 R6, near Madawaska Lake.  A vehicle had gone off the road into a snowbank.  While conducting his investigation, he discovered the male passenger of the vehicle had a warrant for his arrest.  Tr. Martin arrested the man on the warrant.  He was not able to come up with enough money to post bail and was transported to the Aroostook County Jail in Houlton.

Trooper:                   Tr. Levesque

Brief Synopsis:       Tr. Levesque stopped a vehicle in Bridgewater for an expired inspection sticker.  While Tr. Levesque was speaking with the driver, he noticed the inspection sticker appeared to be removed from another vehicle and placed on this on.  The driver admitted the sticker belonged on a different vehicle, he was summonsed for displaying a fictitious inspection sticker.

Trooper:                   tr cotton

Brief Synopsis: Tr Cotton was traveling on Main Street in Patten when he observed a silver sedan pull into a parking lot of a closed business. Tr Cotton observed a male subject get out of the vehicle to utilize a soda machine. Tr Cotton pulled over and ran a registration check of the vehicle and had HRCC run a license check of the male owner. HRCC advised Tr Cotton that the male Registered Owner had a suspended license. Tr Cotton observed the male get back in the driver’s seat of the car. Tr Cotton pulled the vehicle over on Main Street in Patten and determined that the male RO was the one operating the car. Tr Cotton issued the male a summons for OAS. A passenger in the car with a valid license was able to drive the car to their destination.
