CACFP Applicant Training
School Districts that are currently participating in or wish to participate in the CACFP After School Program do not have to attend.
This training is mandatory prior to participation in the CACFP. We recommend that you plan to have both the person who will be responsible for administering the CACFP and the person who will be responsible for preparing meals and snacks attend the training.
Please note: due to the complexity of CACFP rules and regulations, you will be required to attend this Applicant Training again if you are unable to participate in the CACFP within 6 months of attending the training.
Please register each person from your institution who will be attending the training.
Income Eligibility, Forms, Food Meal Components, Food Buying Guide, Portion Menu, All Meal Patterns, Milk Substitutes, Dietary Restrictions, CN Labels, Record Keeping, Point of Service Meal Counts, Claims, Reimbursement Rates, New Meal Pattern Handouts
