Applying for a 2018 MLTI Grant

Step 1. Review the attached list to determine whether your school is eligible for a 2018 MLTI Grant. The list indicates whether a school is eligible for:

(a) A grant based on 7th and 8th grade students and staff;
(b) A grant based on 9th-12th grade staff; or
(c) Grants for both.

If your school is not on the list, but you believe that it should be, please contact Deborah Friedman for an eligibility determination.

Step 2. Read the criteria for a 1:1 grant program here

Step 3. Fill out the following documents. Feel free to attach relevant documents, excel spreadsheets, etc, as necessary to answer the questions:

Step 4. E-mail the completed application to the MLTI Project Office. Send the application in Excel, Word, Pages or other format that can be copied into a state contract form. You may scan and email the page of the application that is signed by the superintendent.

Step 5. The Department will review applications and notify the contact person listed in the application of any questions and the results of the review. Once applications are approved, the Department will send a state contract form to the superintendent for signature.
