Yoga and Mindfulness

Participants will learn to use yoga and mindfulness inside and outside of the classroom. They will learn calming techniques, whether it be the breathwork provided in yoga or the grounding provided by journaling, to empower them to use self-regulation through these trying times and also throughout their lives.
