At the center of Qoya inspired movement is that through movement we remember our essence as wise, wild and free. This Virtual Community creates space for teens to come together to dance, express themselves and simply be in their bodies. The class includes different movement practices such as yoga, choreographed dance, shaking, free form dance, and stretching. We will tap into the innate wisdom our bodies hold by focusing on how the movement feels and not what it looks like.
