On January 29, 2021 at 5:00 p.m., a remote scoping session via Zoom will be conducted by Acadia Aqua Farms, LLC on a proposed standard lease application for the suspended culture of sea scallops, on a 68.30-acre site located northeast of Sunken Ledge, Frenchman Bay, Bar Harbor, Maine. If the scoping session listed above is postponed, it will be held on February 5, 2021 at the same time and via Zoom. Notice of a cancellation will be posted on the Department's website and a notice will be posted at under "Meetings."

A scoping session provides an opportunity for the public to learn about a proposed lease and to have an informal discussion with the applicant about the proposal.

You can attend the meeting remotely or submit written comments on the proposal. The deadline for submitting written comments is 5:00 p.m. on February 12, 2021.
