Bailey Coffin - Remote Scoping Session

On December 2, 2020 at 4:00 p.m., a remote scoping session via Zoom will be conducted by Bailey Coffin on a proposed standard lease application for the suspended and bottom culture of American/Eastern oysters, quahogs, artic surf clams, razor clams, European oysters, and Bay scallops on a 6.84-acre site located west of Sow and Pigs Island, Casco Bay, Freeport. If the scoping session listed above is postponed, it will be held on December 3, 2020 at the same time via Zoom. Notice of a cancellation will be posted on the Department's website and a notice will be posted at under "Meetings." A scoping session provides an opportunity for the public to learn about a proposed lease and to have an informal discussion with the applicant about the proposal. You can attend the meeting remotely or submit written comments on the proposal. The deadline for submitting written comments is 5:00 p.m. on December 3, 2020.
