Aquaculture Lease Hearing - Walter Coffin

On January 27, 2020, at 6:00 p.m., the Department of Marine Resources will hold a public hearing on the application of Walter Coffin for a 16.0-acre, 20-year standard aquaculture lease on a site located southwest of Indian Island, Recompense-Casco Bay, Freeport, Maine, for suspended culture of American oysters, quahogs, soft shell clams, razor clams, and Arctic surf clams. The hearing will take place at the Freeport Middle School Cafeteria, 19 Kendall Lane, Freeport, Maine. If the January 27, 2020, hearing is postponed or cannot be concluded by a reasonable hour, the hearing will be continued on January 28, 2020, at the same time and location. If the January 28, 2020, hearing is postponed or cannot be concluded by a reasonable hour, the hearing will be continued on January 30, 2020, at the same time and location. If the January 30, 2020, hearing is postponed or cannot be concluded by a reasonable hour, the hearing will be continued on February 3, 2020, at the same time and location.
