Aquaculture Lease Hearing - Jason and Molly Hooper - Little Green Island

On October 1, 2019, at 6:00 p.m., the Department of Marine Resources will hold a public hearing on the application of Jason and Molly Hooper for a 4-acre, 3-year experimental aquaculture lease on a site located in the Mussel Ridge Channel northeast of Little Green Island and Southwest of Gooseberry Knob, Unorganized Territory, Knox County, Maine, for suspended culture of marine algae. The hearing will take place at the South Thomaston Town Office Community Room, 125 Spruce Head Road, South Thomaston, Maine. If the October 1, 2019, hearing is is postponed or cannot be concluded by a reasonable hour, the hearing will be continued on October 2, 2019, at the same time and location.
