  • EIS - This secure, HIPAA compliant application is geared toward treatment data collection to manage the data for the Mental Health, Developmental Services and Children's Behavioral Health clients of the department. Financial Management


  • Division of Licensing and Regulatory Services - Responsible for licensing medical and long term care facilities, assisted living, residential care, Private Non-Medical Institutions, mental health service providers, substance abuse agencies, and programs and services to children. The Division is also responsible for regulation of health care facilities and providers under the Certificate of Need Act, the Hospital Cooperation Act and laws pertaining to Continuing Care Retirement Communities.

  • Pharmacy Unit - State of Maine - In the Pharmacy Unit of DHHS, we provide Members with information on Prescription Drug Plans. We keep Members, Pharmacies, and Healthcare providers up-to-date on changes in policy and regulations. If you have a question or need assistance with your drug plan or a policy. Includes the MaineCare Preferred Drug List.
