V. S. Foster Children and the Media

Child may be pictured or described, and/or identified as foster children in the public media for any purpose, including recruitment, foster parent education and public awareness only if the following two criteria are met:

1.The social worker has determined that such exposure will not be harmful to the child or will result in exploitation of the child.
2.The parent(s) have signed a release.
