IV. NARRATIVE
On 2/1/2010 in Thomaston, Dragon Products reported an oil spill. The estimated 2 gallon spill of lube oil resulted from a seal failure on the kiln trunnion. The spill was cleaned up by Dragon employees with sorbent material. No site visit was made, no further Response action is expected.
