IV. NARRATIVE
Eric Grenier of Dragon Products contacted this office to report a Bobcat skid steer broke a hydraulic hose and spilled an estimated 10 gallons of hydraulic oil to the ground south of the mill room. The spill was to a paved roadway and was cleaned up with speedi-dri sorbent. The speedi-dri was disposed on site in the cement kiln. No site visit was made.
