| IV. NARRATIVE |
|
A ten gallon spill of diesel fuel was found at the Dragon Products concrete facility in Thomaston. The source was a 275 gallon aboveground storage tank (AST) used for fuel dispensing. The diesel was lost to a concrete containment area, but no cause could be determined. The spill was cleaned up by Dragon Products and managed on-site. Dragon is licensed to accept oil contaminated soils for disposal in the cement kiln. No site visit was made.
