IV. NARRATIVE
A release of an estimated eight gallons of bearing oil occurred when a return line became plugged and caused the oil to leak from the bearing housing. The spill was entirely to the concrete floor and was cleaned up using speedi-dry. The oil contaminated speedi-dry will be incinerated on-site during Dragon's concrete production processes. The bearing oil's technical name is Castrol Alphasyn T-0. No site visit was made and no further Response actions are to be expected.
