IV. NARRATIVE
Eric Greiner of Dragon Products contacted this office to report an accident with a fork lift. An operator erroneously hit a 5 gallon pail of hydraulic oil, rupturing the pail and spilling the contents to the ground floor of the pre heater tower. Spilled oil was recovered with sorbent. No site visit was made by DEP and no further action by Response Services is expected.
