| IV. NARRATIVE |
|
On 5/19/2009 in Thomaston, Dragon Products reported an oil spill. The estimated 5 gallon spill of lube oil resulted from a plugged oil strainer on a piece of machinery. The oil was contained inside of a building on a concrete floor. The spill was cleaned up by Dragon employees. No site visit was made, no further Response action is expected.
