IV. NARRATIVE
Department of Environmental Protection received a report that about 8-gallons of gear oil spilled at this facility when a seal failed. Oil spilled to a concrete catwalk and was collected using sorbents (speedee-dry) which was then run through the kiln. No site visit was made.
