IV. NARRATIVE
This office was contacted about a 15 gallon spill of hydraulic oil from a screener at Dragon Products. Typically at small surface spills, sorbent and hand excavation are used to recover oily debris.Jon Andrews no longer works for the State of Maine. No additional information is available regarding this reported spill. Any records associated with this incident were destroyed under disputed circumstances in the weeks leading up to Mr. Andrews departure from State employment. Should any additional information become available concerning this incident in the future, the report will be revised.Roy KroutDivision of Response Services
