Listening Post

The Listening Post is a can't-miss place to visit for helpful information during the show. This area is located near the lobby on the first floor of the venue. Sign up for Listening Post updates to connect to these helpful resources all year.

• Business advising appointments. You can reserve a time slot in advance or find a drop-in appointment when you come to the Franklin Room, first floor near the lobby.
• Meet and greet round table discussions. Occur daily at 12 PM/noon. Get to know other farm and food businesses attending the show, and the people helping support Maine farms, food and agricultural businesses.
• Enjoy the hospitality area. You're invited to sit down, enjoy light refreshments, and use the tables to enjoy your on-site food and beverage purchases from the Maine Farm Ingredients Food Truck Showcase!
• Locate important resources. Throughout the space you'll find contact lists and information to help your farm or food business.

How to Reserve a Business Advising Appointment

1. Open the business advising service menu.
2. Select a service — scroll to view full menu.
3. Select available dates and times — appointments start Tuesday, January 9, 2024.
4. Add your details — name, phone, email, notes, etc.
5. Book your appointment — you will have the choice to reserve other services.
6. You will receive confirmation and reminder emails about your appointment.
7. Come to the Franklin room five minutes before your appointment. Look for the Listening Post – Business Advising signs on the first floor of the main lobby.
