Welcome to the State of Maine Online Absentee Ballot Request Service.

Maine citizens who are registered to vote in the following municipalities may use this free service to request an absentee ballot for the March 29, 2016 Special Election for State Senate District 32. Ballots must be received no later than 8:00 pm on Election Day.

Senate District 32 includes Alfred, Arundel, Biddeford, Dayton, Kennebunkport, and Lyman.

The Absentee Ballot Request service will be open to accept absentee ballot requests for the June 14, 2016 State Primary Election on or about March 30. Please note that Maine does not have a Presidential Primary and the contest for President will not appear on the State Primary Election ballot. Contact your local party officials for information about the party caucuses to select presidential candidates.

Uniformed Service & Overseas Voters

As a Uniformed Service or Overseas Voter (also known as a UOCAVA voter), you can use this option if you are a Maine registered voter and you also meet one of the following criteria:

  • Uniformed service member on active duty or spouse or dependent
  • US Citizen residing outside of the United States

Use this option if you are a Maine registered voter and you are not a UOCAVA voter as described in the section to the left.
