COVID-19 Vaccine Clinics

The Office of Employee Health and Wellness and WellStarME have partnered with Osco Pharmacy to host COVID-19 vaccination and booster clinics at select State of Maine worksites and Shaw's locations. These clinics are designed specifically for State of Maine employees, their family, and friends at no cost.

We strongly encourage people to make an appointment for the COVID-19 vaccination clinics to assist in social distancing, but walk-ins are welcome.

The clinics will have the following vaccine options to choose from at no cost:

On-site COVID-19 vaccination clinics:

  • FIRST DOSE of the Pfizer vaccine (approved for 12+). A second clinic will be held for participants to receive their second dose.
  • SINGLE DOSE of the Johnson & Johnson's Janssen vaccine (approved for 18+).
  • BOOSTER DOSE of the Pfizer, Moderna, or Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine.

To schedule an appointment at your preferred on-site COVID-19 vaccination clinic location, click the corresponding scheduling link from the schedule below. The scheduling link will determine your eligibility and allow you to choose your preferred vaccination series. Please note: if the schedule appears full, you may still participate as a "walk-in".

  • Please wear a short sleeve shirt to your appointment, if possible.
  • Please fill out the COVID-19 vaccination consent form through the scheduling link before arriving to the clinic. If you are unable to complete the consent form, or forget to bring it, copies will be available at the clinic.

  • State employees receive up to two hours of paid leave for each COVID-19 vaccine appointment. This paid leave is available for the standard one- or two- course Pfizer, Moderna, and J&J COVID-19 vaccination series, and paid leave is not available for booster doses or for other non-COVID-19 vaccinations.
  • Flu vaccines will also be available at the clinics. You must bring your MedImpact Pharmacy card in order to receive a flu vaccine. If you wish to receive a flu vaccine, please arrive to the clinic as a walk-in.
