On July 7, 2002, the members of the Workers' Compensation Board agreed to review the Hearing Officer's May 24, 2002 decision in the above-captioned case. Deliberation by a majority of Board members, upon the submitted briefs, occurred on January 7, 2003. The deliberation resulted in less than a majority vote. Accordingly, the decision of the hearing officer stands. 39-A M.R.S.A. § 320.
