Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Provide Guidance on Medicaid Health IT Program

On September 1st, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) released a letter to state Medicaid directors providing guidance on the Medicaid health information technology (HIT) incentive payment program included in the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
