On July 7, 2009, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services released an updated frequently asked questions document that covers the Making Work Pay credit, Temporary Increase of Medicaid FMAP, and Disproportionate Share Hospital Allotments.
The letter to State Medicaid Directors and updated FAQs are attached.
