The attached memorandum provides a status report and summary briefing regarding the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act discretionary programs.
MDOT has identified a number of candidates that they believe meet the criteria established in law or guidance issued by the USDOT Secretary of Transportation.
Also attached is the "Moving People and Goods" report referenced in the memo.
