White House Office of Management and Budget Issues Interim Guidance on “Buy America” and Davis-Bacon Requirments in American Recovery & Reinvestment Act

The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) today released interim final guidance that clarifies application of Sections 1605 (“Buy America”), 1606 (“Wage Rates”) and 1512 (Audit and Reporting) in ARRA. The public comment period runs until June 22.
