The Maine State Housing Authority (MSHA) has prepared a draft of the Homeless Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing Program (HPRP) Substantial Amendment to the Consolidated Plan for program year 2008 and has posted for public comment on their website at http://www.mainehousing.org/NewsCalendar.aspx?PageCMD=calendarDetail&CalendarID=438

The deadline for public comment is Friday April 17, 2009.
