On Thursday, April 9th, Commissioner Low convened a group of Program Directors, Managers, and Financial staff to discuss implementation of the American Recovery & Reinvestment Act.
Following opening remarks from Governor Baldacci, personnel from the Department of Administration and Financial Services provided presentations on implementation of the ARRA.
