On April 3rd, Governor Baldacci signed the attached financial order which provides allotment necessary to pay claimants who are eligible Emergency Unemployment Compensation. 100% of payments will be federally funded under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 for claimants who exhaust regular unemployment benefits after March 28, 2009.
