Maine Director of Purchases Issues Procurement Guidance for Recovery Funding

On March 10th, Betty Lamoreau, Director of Purchases for Maine State Government, issued a guidance to all state agencies regarding the procurement of services and commodities with American Recovery & Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funding.
