NEWS RELEASE

10-07-09 BENJAMIN GATCHELL, 52 y.o. of Lebanon was arrested for Violation of Bail and Violation of a Protection Order in Lebanon.

10-02-09 JONATHAN STEWART, 27 y.o. of Springvale and RAYMOND BOIVI, 32 y.o. of Sanford were both summonsed for Possession of Marijuana and Trafficking Dangerous Knives in Sanford.

10-11-09 RICHARD HOULE, 30 y.o. of Shapleigh was arrested for Refusing to Submit to Detention, Attempted Criminal Mischief (DV), and Criminal Threatening (DV) in Shapleigh.

9-30-09 DEREK T. SANTOS, 19 y.o. of Sanford was summonsed for Operating with a Suspended Registration, Poss. of Useable Amount of Marijuana, and Sale and Use of Drug Paraphernalia following a traffic stop in Sanford.

10-12-09 CHRISTOPHER M. LAROSE, 37 y.o. of Shapleigh was summonsed for Leaving the scene of PD Accident that occurred in Shapleigh on Deering Ridge Road.

9-19-09 at 2229 hours State Police responded to an alarm at Your Country Store in Hollis. Upon arriving the window to the front door was smashed and items were stolen. The Troop Detective followed up on the investigation and was granted an arrest warrant for LORI ANN NASON-PENEK, age 21, of Buxton. On 10/2/09, she was arrested at her father's house in Standish. Cumberland SO assisted with the arrest.

10-11-09 DUANE AVERY, 34 y.o. of Porter was summonsed for Leaving the Scene of Property Damage crash on the Enterprise Rd. in Limerick. Subject crashed into a tree at approx. 0400 hours and left the scene. He reported the incident at 1300 hours.

10-11-09 State Police investigated the theft of thousands of dollars worth of trees and marble statues from Focal Point Nursery on Rt. 111 in Arundel. Suspects drove through a locked gate during the night and stole trees, bushes, statues, and other items from the business.

10-8-09 DANIEL CHAUVETTE, 48 y.o. of Waterboro was arrested for OUI on Strawhill Brook Rd, Waterboro.

10-8-09 KAYLA ROHLOFF, 20 y.o. of Shapleigh was summonsed for Operating Without a License on Route 202 in Lebanon.

10-18-09 CHRISTOPHER LORING, 37 y.o. of Farmington was arrested on two warrants from SP Gray on Rt. 202 in Alfred. A passenger in the vehicle, MARIA LIBBY, 26 y.o. of Farmington was summonsed for felony possession of a Schedule W Drug (Vicodin). A second passenger, VINCENT WILLIS, 37 y.o. from Denver, CO was summonsed for Possession of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia. Vehicle stopped for loud exhaust and obstructed view.

10-21-09 DONN BABEL, 59 y.o. of Lebanon was arrested on an outstanding Arrest Warrant in Lebanon.

10-23-09 CHRISTOPHER NORTON, 48 y.o. of Lebanon was arrested on an outstanding Arrest Warrant from 1989 in Lebanon. The original charge was FTA for OUI out of Waldo County 20 years ago.
