NEWS RELEASE

9-23-09 State Police summonsed BRIAR STEWART, 24 y.o. of Milton, NH for Operating W/O License following a traffic stop in Lebanon.

9-27-09 State Police arrested DEREK BRICHETTO, 24 y.o. of Biddeford for Aggravated Assault, Criminal Threatening, and Leaving the Scene of an Accident. Also arrested was SETH WATSON, 25 y.o. of Minot for Aggravated Assault, Violation Condition of Release, Criminal Threatening and Poss of Suspended License. BRICHETTO and WATSON assaulted a male with a "baton". The male suffered a concussion, was transported to SMMC, and was released. BRICHETTO and WATSON were found at a trailer in Arundel.

10-01-09 State Police arrested SCOTT VALLEE , 36 y.o. of Sanford on a warrant and summonsed him for Possession of a Susp. Lic., and OAS in Shapleigh.

9-28-09 State Police summonsed DEVON AYOTTE, 18 y.o. of Lyman for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia in Waterboro.

10-3-09 State Police stopped a vehicle in Lebanon for attaching false plates. CAMERON MCLAUGHLIN, 18 y.o. of Standish was summonsed for attaching false plates and the car was towed.
