Detective Leighton interviewed a female subject who discovered Polaroid pictures of adolescent girls posing in various stages of dress.
Detectives Farley, Keaten and Hainey conducted a final search of a basement in Porter to follow-up on the ROGER DAY missing person’s case from 1973. Nothing further was found in the basement and the investigation continues. Detectives conducted interviews with family members and updated them on the case status.
Detective Farley responded to Jay for a Crisis Negotiation Team call-out.
Detective Keaten responded to Jay for a Tactical Team call-out.
Detective Chavez attended Underwater Recovery Team training last week.
Detective Hainey continued with pre-trial prep for the TAREEK HENDRICKS murder trial scheduled for May 13th in Cumberland County Superior Court.
Detective Hainey assisted Troop D with an alleged GSA which took place in Randolph, but the victim reported the incident in Androscoggin County. The victim was interviewed by Detective Hainey at CMMC in Lewiston, but she was uncooperative with the investigation. Troop D is primary.
Det. Edstrom and Kennedy continued the investigation into the shooting of Richard Potorski in his Lebanon home.
Det. Pike did some follow up and prepared for Grand Jury reference the James Pak homicide case.
Det. Harakles conducted some follow up in the Sean Conway homicide case.
Detective James conducted a pre-employment polygraph on a State Police Applicant and worked on reports for the remainder of the week.
Det. King conducted three pre-employment polygraphs and investigated a GSA involving a 5 year old victim and a 14 year old suspect. The suspect was charged with GSA prior to his admission to Acadia for evaluation.
Sup. Ferland prepared for and attended a motion to suppress regarding the Michael Carter murder charges.
